The managers on the property are very respectful of our needs and are always cordial when/if we have a issue to address. The park is very clean and well kept compared to other parks we have previously resided in.

I recently visited family at Walden Shores and was very pleased with the entire experience. The grounds are beautiful and the pool and clubhouse are kept immaculate condition. It’s so wonderful to know that my family is part of such a wonderful and loving community. It was especially comforting to hear how they came together recently to celebrate the life of a fellow resident who passed on. I had the pleasure of meeting Nancy, the manager, and believe that she is to thank for this loving environment. She was so kind and so helpful, you can tell that she truly puts her heart into her work and into to her residents.

That would be the Rickert family --yes one of the same family members who posted 110 photos of the place--they are having difficulty selling homes and lots in the park due to the managers who have overstayed their welcome. The male manager has been very verbally abusive to a female resident and physically violent -as he kicked in the mail room door last summer. Fortunately it has been quiet so far this summer. But interesting to see the maintenance crew washing and cleaning the managers private RV...while being on the clock!!!
