Management is ridiculous! They enforce rules with only some people, others can do whatever they want to. They raise the lot rent every year! When we first moved in, we were paying approximately $300 a month. It is $562 a month now. We have been here less than 10 years. I do not recommend living here.

High lot rent. Homes run in the 30,000 range. Monthly lot rent was quoted at over 500 a month. Park is quiet. You must pass background check, which was fine. But we heard very bad things about a power happy manager that makes your life miserable. We did not by a home there. The homes need lots of work.

I lived at Pedaler's Pond for almost four years. The people that are writing negative reviews usually are people that did not want to follow orders. The park is a great family park with lots of amenities. Close to 27 and close to stores, supermarket and the mall. They are building more businesses around the park which makes it convenient. Great place to start if you are looking to invest small to get to know the area before you make a big commitment on buying a home. Management is friendly and makes sure that the park is well taken care of.

Duh, that's what a dumpster is for.
It is near the front of the community. Easy access to pools and the pond, if you like fishing.
I have a niece that stays there she has been harassed by management since day one

I think all they can ask is for the paperwork proving that your dog is a legitimate service dog!!! Large breed??? Idk about the pool!!!
Visit the front office & they'll be happy to help. You CAN RENT but still need checked before moving in.
I would say probably. Best thing to do is call rhe office. They can tell you what they have available. ☺☺
