Can I pick up mail that I have placed on vacation hold?

I need to have my mail delivered to my House. It was put on hold because my neighbor was going to pick.up.for me but she had to go to the hospital & she had it put on hold told me to call post office to have sent to me. She did not give me a number. My address is Shirley Lemay 3275 26 Ave E lot 38, Bradenton Fl 34208

Depends on how you filled out vacation hold form. By checking a box, you can request to pick up or have delivered to your address. I prefer to pick up from the post office.
