If I could give no stars I would but went in today because my mail still going to my old address. Came in to see if something went wrong but unfortunately I did not get nothing solved the lady kept talking over me when trying to explain what’s going on so basically I’m left with the stress of not receiving my mail and my sons thanks a lot for no help

I had a very pleasant experience here. I originally had low expectations of this location due to the horrible reviews. HOWEVER, the staff here and the location are amazing. There is free 30 minute parking at the lot next door. I had a gentleman help me compare shipping prices for 2 different sized boxes and he took the extra time to help me out. He and the female that was there too were very nice and helpful to everyone who came while I was there. It’s also neat and clean inside. I highly recommend this location.

No help. They never answer the phone, and when they do it’s a monotone woman or man that has absolutely no emotion, does not give a dang if you have been trying to call all day, does not care about your package, does not care about providing you with good customer service at all! I never wanted my packages to be delivered with USPS, but unfortunately it was. It’s been days for my package to arrive and it’s been in Bradenton. Last night the guy told me I could come in the morning to pick it up and when I asked if he could leave a note on it so that it wasn’t taken with delivery in the morning, he said he would. He also said to come at 9am. Well since I don’t trust him or their company I tried calling, again with no answer. Finally some rude woman picks up the phone, clearly doesn’t want to handle it and hands the phone to a rude man. He says the packages went out at 7:30, but when I checked tracking it says 6:10. Why tell me that I could come to the store at 9, if the package wouldn’t be there? I have electronics that I wanted to make sure were safe and have already waited days for them from original delivery date that was the 10th. Now I work all day and they’ll be sitting outside and I will be worried about them getting taken. Thanks for all the AWESOME help USPS..

It's absolutely impossible to get ahold of them over the phone. The phone number for the 4th street location is some Spanish lady, not even the post office. My paycheck was sent out over a week ago and still has not arrived, and it was sent from within bradenton. No reason why it take over a week for mail to travel within the same city. Can't even contact the post office to ask for an update. If only 0 stars was an option

It sucks, I suppose to receive an important document and have no clue where it is, postman left the card with no valuable information, I called the 800 number and no one answered...sucks, I do not know where to go to even ask...damn stupid postal system!!

I have a mailbox with a flag to indicate that I have outgoing mail. I am not the only resident having problems with the mail service.
Got to go during the day eh they are open and ask them in person. Many times they will have it at the counter and it will be held there for up to a month, then retuned to sender if you don't get it by then.

Usually not. If it isn't scheduled for delivery we either don't have it yet, or if it says it is with us its usually a package that has been dropped off to us from another company, like UPS or FedEx, and it comes packed on pallets with at least 100 other packages. We don't usually get the chance to sort through those before the end of the day.

I need to have my mail delivered to my House. It was put on hold because my neighbor was going to pick.up.for me but she had to go to the hospital & she had it put on hold told me to call post office to have sent to me.
