I am being bothered by a phone caller who says this is my final notification to call the IRS back at a different number what do I do?

Don't call them back. It's a scam

Give them your social security number and bank info.

The irs will never ask for info they already have yours and will take it out automatically

Confirmed scam. The irs will never ask for payment over the phone.
