My ex-boss does not send me the income tax 2020. I called him too many times but he did not answer my phone tell me what should I do ? Please

I need my itin number to file my 2020 taxes You opened one for me but you didn't give me the number. I called several times but they don't solve anything and I can't make an appointment either.

You can call the irs office and see if they can send them to you , or they can get ahold of your boss and have him send them its against the law to not send them to you ,, or if you have the last pages stub of 2020 all the info you need should be on that pay stub
