This place has been good to us for the most part. Sean was always a pleasure to work with. More helpful than some of the managers I talked to above him. Ultimately we are moving out after being here for a few months. We have experienced major issues with rodents chewing our stuff and it seems to be unresolved after 3 months of constant issues. Also we just got a letter saying they are raising our rent, so that didn't help! Their prices on storage are average for the area. No frills here

Was already being billed higher than agreed upon over the phone. Haven’t had access to my unit in over 3 weeks due to construction that no one was notified about previous to starting. Checked my unit and everything top to bottom is completely covered in a thick layer of concrete dust, and I mean completely covered. Tried to speak with a manager in person and was told 3 times someone would contact me before it actually happened. Once contacted I was told I would be credited $100 off of my next months bill for the problems above. It’s been 4 days and just received a notice in the mail that my bill is being raised $50 per month for my 10x10 outdoor drive up unit that I can’t even drive up to - Making my bill over $200 a month - for the services I have received (or lack there of) is just insane and robbing people blind. Will absolutely be contacting corporate, canceling my contract and taking my belongings and my money elsewhere. Do not recommend. Ever.

If you don't mind being charged 216 after you move out AND you notified in advance in a timely manner you were leaving then sure this is a place You can feel safe. I'm stranded far from home , lost 175 in fees for the unauthorized charge by the unscrupulous managers. Note the prices online are lower but you will call to book and be charged the higher rate. You will seek climate control and be instead put in an outdoor drive up unit. Thanks Google for the opportunity for Davids to call out Goliath

The online process to rent and begin using the storage space always easy and clear. Sean was on duty when I checked in the first time. He was extremely helpful. There was a minor issue with my gate code that he rectified immediately. He then took me out to my new space and made sure everything was working smoothly. Excellent experience so far.
