Great staff- very friendly and efficient. Wait times are usually not too long at all. They have mostly everything there to get what you need done, which is very convenient; lab work, ekg, bone density test, pulmonary function test, women’s wellness check/pap smear, etc..You don’t have to wait too long to get an appointment(usually within a week’s time) The lab techs are phenomenal. Very professional and I’ve never experienced pain with the blood draws, ever! Robyn Ehrhart(sp) is a wonderful NP who spends the time to listen to your concerns and take care of your medical needs in a very kind, caring compassionate way. Excellent experience with her and very impressed with her detailed follow through.😊🙌❤️ It’s unfortunate that you can’t make online appointments anymore for whatever reason. I felt that was a major plus when they had that option available in the past. Way more convenient and efficient for both patients and staff alike. I’m not happy with their policy of threatening to cancel your appointment if you’re more than 7 minutes late, even if you call ahead of time to advise them of your situation of possibly arriving 10-20 minutes late. Yet they have no problem making me wait to be seen way past my appointment time when things come up on their end. Also, they will charge you $25.00 if you have a same day cancellation, even if you call to notify them before your appointment time.

I’ve been patient of Dr. Collins for many years. He is listens to problems and clinical and knowledgeable rather than just ordering work up. Only concern is that have to see ARNP for follow ups but this is because his schedule is booked out too far. The nursing staff is very courteous and responsible.
