I have only many good things to say about this Business and the many employees that I have had contact with. I get accurate and real time advise from experienced and knowledgeable people. They are always friendly, helpful, patient, and kind. I used to be such a newbee but thanks to them I have learned so much about the Hobby. They have always been very quick to respond to any and all of my many questions. They sell some great products or should I say “Great Products and Free Advice”. I always ask and trust their opinions because I sense that they are actual Hobbyist with many years of experience and knowledge. If you got a question, don’t hesitate to send them an email. I used to enjoy ordering from Getfpv, but lately there has been frustration with all my orders from them. It seems like there is an extended delay of some sort when ordering from them, and if something is out of stock, you will end up just finding out about it on your own when nothing arrives for a few weeks. The lack of communication makes understanding their situation on the hang up a mystery, and gives the impression that they do not care. Lately, I only order from GetFpv if I cannot find a product elsewhere, and it is always frustrating when I am reminded about why I dread shopping here because I am finding myself in the same situation once again. If you want to shop here, some might want to purchase knowing there is going to be an extended lead time on the delivery, also be prepared when they tell you they are unable to send your order, and then refund you after waiting for so long. TLDR- For me, they take a while or they just cancel and refund my order after an extended period. I miss the reliability they once had.

Purchased a full set of components to build my first fpv drone. One of the parts I ordered was unavailable so they upgraded the part to something they had in stock for no charge. Customer service was very kind and knowledgeable to help me out with my order! Do recommend.

I've just recently gotten into FPV. This place is the best! I've had things delivered and even stopped by to pick up while driving through Florida for business. I just realized I had built up some cash back so I was able to get a couple for things free (I did have to for tax + shipping)

Local pickup using the local pickup shipping option online. Or just ask any of the warehouse employees to check out a product. We'll be happy to bring it to the counter and let you try it out. It's a warehouse with stuff in bins, not a retail experience.

They will certainly point you in the right direction. If you purchased your gear from them I would think you'd recieve a quick response to support requests. Send a support request from the site or email and include your order info. You'll likely hear back very soon but keep in mind that this incoming storm May slow down all local businesses next week. There are many online resources for paid support and any issues you're having have likely been discussed. Youtube may even have specific troubleshooting tutorials for the problem you are working through. If not join the free RCGROUPS forum. You'll certainly find solutions in past posts and if not soneone there will be able to help.
