My mom has been a patient for 14yrs, and loves the staff at both Cattlemen and Manatee Ave locations. But, she doesn't have to deal with scheduling. Any time I need to reschedule one of her appointments - I have to go through the hoops. One location cannot change the other's appointment, but both locations will tell me to call the other location to reschedule. I get the go around every time, and have to tell them that I just spoke to the other location, and they sent me to their location. Seriously! Every. Time. Please fix your scheduling system, so that patients are not spending half an hour on the phone. Thanks.

The doctors and staff are great. The wait is beyond unacceptable. I work in a Dr office myself and if we scheduled our patients this way we would be fired. There is never an excuse to be at 1 appointment and wait in a patient room for over an hour
