My s8 had it's back replaced after the glass broke. A local repair shop ordered and replaced and now its coming off due to lack of glue. New back or reglue? Cheers Lynn

There is a Samsung factory gasket that actually holds the back in place, and must be replaced with a new one once the back is removed. If you would like to bring your S8 in, we can see what it needs to be repaired! Jeff

Well, I went to CPR Cell Phone, Raleigh off Wake Forest Road, Raleigh for a ZAGG warranty claim to replace the screen protector of my smartphone (Google Pixel 2). CPR is their authorized agent in Raleigh. I have been there twice in the last six months. The last time that I visited the shop, they did not have the right size of the screen protector in stock but promised to fix it for free if I could get the right size from ZAGG. When the screen protector arrived, I went back and they fixed it for me free of charge as promised. Each time, the shop did a great job & their associates were very professional and courteous. I will certainly patronize the shop again.
