how do you pick up will call tickets ? (first time attending the catalyst)

At the will call window. Just tell them your name.

At the window box .They hold the physical tickets for you.

Go to the window and give them your ID. They will give you a stamp to get in.

do they ask for anything specific ?

I'd just go up and ask. It's the quickest way you'll find out 😁
