We came here for lunch on the wharf on a Sunday as we were in the Santa Cruz area, ordered at the take out window to eat outside on the outdoor tables, order came out quickly! Clam chowder in a bread bowl was spot on! It was creamy and most importantly, no sand in my clam woo! So delicious and I am still thinking about it the next day. There was so many options and price differences on the wharf with clam chowder but we decided to give Dolphin a go. It did not disappoint! But for the fish & chip, unfortunately it was overcooked hence it was a bit dry.. The winner here was the clam chowder, still 5 stars because I love the chowder so much!

Very unassuming from the outside, but the views are beautiful and this was probably the best meal I ate on my trip. I had the crab cake Benedict for breakfast! 10/10 would recommend. Also tried the clam chowder, very good.

Chowder bread bowl for the win, cant go wrong. But what was even better than that were the signature fish tacos, wow some of the best i've ever had across California. $40 for a breadbowl, beer, and 2 tacos is a bit much, but

Great food, great price. I ordered the clam chowder bread bowl and the fish and chips. The clam chowder was delicious, perfectly seasoned and quite the serving! The fish and ships was great. Although it was a little under seasoned, it was fresh, flaky and juicy. The service was great, very friendly staff. Definitely a great value for your money and appetite.
