You can't access the parking lot because it has a huge dip and bump at the entrance. They might as well just have a wall there. I scraped up the bumper of my brand new car trying to get in there and I was being careful. Fix your parking lot! I'm never going back until they fix their dang parking lot.

This review pertains strictly to the hot bar/salad bar. The WF staff are great! As are the deli staff and pizza servers! As of this review date, I can not remember the last time I visited this location expecting to find a selection of hot entrees for a meal and to actually find something to eat other than some empty hot dishes or left over remnants of whatever was originally there. This has been an ongoing situation. They blame it on Covid but I can go to other establishments such as Scotts Valley Market as an example, and they will have a full selection of hot food, complete salad bar with a selection of hot soups, all day long. And this is a busy store also. I live here next to this store, so don’t say just go to SV Market. It’s the principal of serving customers. I just feel this can be done at this store as well as it’s done in other establishments if enough support staff are provided to accomplish this service. If WF corporate is not interested in hiring and paying for enough staff to provide these customer benefits, then just shut it down and quit pretending it’s available. JMOO. THANKS

Some of the employees are friendly and most of the food is decent if not a tad overpriced. But you know what you’re getting into coming into a store like this. What I don’t like is that some of the checkers are not friendly. I get it, it's a rough job and I’m not expecting banter or a smile, but some look actually angry that they have to ring people up.

The deli sandwich I got was amazing The guy in the white beard was super nice. I am sorry I didn't get his name. I placed my order then came back. I am sorry it took me a long time because someone took my shopping cart. Delicious sandwich the best I have ever had.
