I love Trader Joe's. Great customer service and a lot of essentials at the best prices in town. My only complaint right now is that they stopped carrying two of my favorite things: peanut butter ice cream/with chocolate mochi on the outside. And ultra-filtered, lactose-free, low-fat milk, which has half the fat and twice the protein of regular milk and tastes delicious!!! Why discontinue those two items??? They sold out every time they came in!

This store in Santa Cruz is clean, well-organized, and has plenty of stock. Plenty of parking is available. Trader Joe's always has interesting products. Great cheese selection, good wine selection.

My wife is a Travel Nurse and we've been staying in Santa Cruz for the past couple of months. We've really enjoyed shopping at this Trader Joe's. The staff are friendly, it's kept stocked and the selection of items is excellent. We've had so many good experiences the past couple of months but today a cashier (I believe her name was Reena) was so friendly and courteous. She made a recommendation to get some dark chocolate covered watermelon for my wife who is pregnant. My wife loved it! To top it all off, she even bought a bouquet of flowers for me to take home to my wife. It just really made my day and we will continue to shop at this Trader Joe's. On the way home, i stopped to get some coffee and paid the good vibes forward by buying the customer behind me $5 off on their order. This will be our go to grocery store until we leave for the next travel assignment.

Trader Joe's is fine, but this particular store, in Santa Cruz, is not. As a note for everyone, I don't believe this 'mouthless' sign represents anything other than hatred toward others with better genes than their own.
