There is a "neighborhood" cat that has taken up residency in my yard. Despite my best efforts at feeding/watering it, it is skinnier than ever and seems sickly. What do I do?

You can also contact your local animal shelter to safely capture and evaluate the health of the cat.

Take it in to the vet. You should get it checked out, if nothing else make sure it can't spread anything to other animals in the neighborhood.
