I had an appointment at 11am for my dog to get his vaccine shots. This was after they rescheduled me because THEY didn't have the vaccines on file that THEY themselves injected. I was told they would call me when he's ready. I thought, 'this is a 1st' and I left for 2 & a half hours and returned once I didn't hear anything. I was then told he's waiting to be seen...Why, I had an appointment? When I asked what my dog was doing I was told he was sleeping. I then had to wait another 2 hours until they released him back to me. This is UNACCEPTABLE, placing my dog in a kettle for hours, while others (Without an appointment were seen before me and wasn't asked to leave their pet for hours). When leaving I had another customer upset FOR ME and applauded me for my patience. When I get my dog home he continuously drinks water for minutes on-end, like they locked him in a kettle and didn't even bother to give him water?? Very Disrespectful of peoples' pets & their time. will not be returning to this location, if at all this hospital period. HORRIBLE Experience, their loss of a loyal customer for years and I will spread the word because WE as pet owners Love our Family members and don't want them mistreated in any way

My furbaby was sick and this location was able to see her asap. My dog has anxiety and temperament issues so I was nervous to leave her alone. The gentleman had me hand her over to him backwards. That worked like a charm she looked happy and safe in his arms. They did a full workup and prescribed some meds and she was back to her normal self in a few days.

They always take good care of my cats. The only problem I have had was getting my cats urns right. The pandemic hit so I didn't go back to get that fixed.they put her in a box instead of a real urn. I did call to let them know and no one ever got back to me. I'll check on it again soon

Expensive and they don't care if it's an emergency if you don't have the all money they won't help with anything really. I was charged about $380 my dog's ear half riped off. All they did was give us some pills and clean it a little. Then said she needs way more work but we need our payment. Sine I didn't have it all the only did what I could pay then at that moment. No caring at all my dog looked like she was going die. I was mortified about this . Had to find someone else to help and did thank God.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 6, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
