You shouldn't have to send paperwork anywhere, Hospital Bills VA Directly for Veterans Health Care. Call Hospital billing department tell them to do their job and Bill VA Directly. Make sure you tell them to put Service Connected on all billing otherwise VA will not pay them. Veteran is has NO Responsibility for paying anything, except a Deductible if that applies to Individual. I have spent last 7 years dealing with Billing Issues because i live more than 50 miles from nearest VA Hospital. Its Hospitals Responsibility not yours .... Period.
