I was in LA Live with a couple of friends today and we decided to get Starbucks. It was 9:40 PM and doors were locked and the lights were off. I have came at least twice to this location and both before 10 PM and both times they were closed. On their website it says they close at 10 PM but they tend to close before that. Very disappointed.

Last night i went on break and the service was horrible i told the girl i was on my 15 minute break and that i'm a diabetic and my sugar level was low i ordered a kid size white hot chocolate and a cheese danish i felt the girl i was communicating with about me being a diabetic that she didn't care her response was i only been waiting 3 minute but she wasn't understanding that they messed up on my drink and my cheese danish wasn't even done i feel that no matter where you go it should always be a sense of urgency at this location because they messed up on my drink and my food wasn't done people come on there break and it was 5 team members on duty last night it doesn't matter if its slow or not it should always be a sense of urgency and it wasn't and she didn't even care about me being diabetic for her response to me was i only been waiting 3 minutes.

Love how conveniently close it is to my job so mobile ordering comes in clutch. The only downside is sometimes the order is not made correct and there’s no consistency. It’s a gamble every time the drinks are made. Got a food item and didn’t look the best and was missing the side. I wouldn’t mind waiting longer for my order if that’s what it needs to be made perfect.

I am sorry to put 1 star with this Starbucks shop. The employees are pretty bad customer service with reluctant service. My son ordered "Irish Cream Cold Brew" but they skipped my son's order and provided drinks to other customers who ordered the drinks after my son. I am nicely asked to them "How long does it take for Irish Cream Cold Brew?" and they said "We are now making" but it is obvious they just skipped making it. We received our order after 15 min. I am kind of feel a sad. I love Starbucks but I am thinking about not going to there any longer because this experience is really hurt me.
