It's crazy but no. The only way to do it is to take the train to Chicago transfer to a train to Washington DC and then jump on number 19 that will take you to Atlanta
No. Gallup to either Los Angeles or Gallup to Chicago. There's no direct route to Atlanta on that line. You'd either have to go to LA, then travel to New Orleans and then north; or to Chicago to DC and then south.
