Very nice facility. Staff was very good. I complained about a non handicapped marked car using the handicapped parking spot. I followed up a short time later and the car was moved. Great coffee. Close to I-40. Tesla superchargers (250kw) on site.

Had no problems minus a very chilly indoor pool. Plus it kind of stunk in the room with the pool. Great breakfast staff, Theresa! Comfy beds and they even allowed our dog!

The Jacuzzi and laundry room were out of order for my visit and I was really looking forward to using them. Bummer for me. Otherwise the hotel is clean and pleasant. My room facing the front has lots of highway traffic noise, but otherwise the room was as comfortable as any other Hampton Inn! I was surprised that the font desk called me an hour after check in to make I was happy with my room. That was great service I was not expecting. I love the soft bedding they use. I always sleep well at Hampton inns. Free breakfast, is always appreciated too! I noticed several negative reviews for this location and it appears they are trying to make some changes. I’m surprised no one is responding to them. Good help is hard to find these days.

Unbelievable customer service from the young lady working the front desk at check-in I'm so mad I did not get her name! I have not experienced customer service like this in a very long time she was a complete professional after check-in she even called up to my room to see if I needed anything and if everything was okay! She is to be commended! I highly recommend is Hampton Inn and I hope your stay will be as good as mine was!
