A very difficult question. Go to the mall and watch the foot traffic first. There may be other locations with good foot traffic. Shop or booth lease in a mall is expensive. You would have to accomplish a lot just to cover rent Look for 2 or 3 door gas stations that may be willing to rent or strip mall leasing.

I've definitely seen cars left in the lot overnight. But, as with any vehicle. If it's there 2 to 3 nights in a row. It's considered abandoned. Tow time...
