Pat, I don't know if this helps you but I was admitted after taking myself to Sutter Tracy E.R. (for illness not injury) Feb. 2014 & was hospitalized for @ 14 days. I was treated like a Queen!
Pat, I have been to Sutter Tracy twice for emergency services, and not only were they extremely professional and thorough, providing a variety of tests, etc, they were kind, understanding and extremely attentive to my needs and concerns. I will not hesitate to go there for any emergency services.
There are negative reviews in most hospitals...I'm sorry we also have bad reviews. Sutter hospital has many knowledgabale nurses and Doctors. I hope that you do use our facility and get your own perspective on our Hospital . 🙂
Recently, after having a medical emergency come up that scared the heck out of me, I made use of Sutter Tracy Community Hospital (I live in Stockton). I only have Medi-Cal, but you wouldn’t have known that by how they treated me. Not only did they treat me kind and courteously, but were thorough, informative and showed a real sense of caring and compassion. So impressed was I at the treatment I received there at STCH, that I recently became a volunteer. I was actually shocked, surprised and impressed with how thorough and lengthy the process is just to become a volunteer. I am very proud to be associated with Sutter Tracy Community Hospital. They are truly a community hospital that is part of the community! I’d suggest trying them out and coming to your own conclusions.
I've been there several times they are very nice and they are very thorough! They get bit inundated with patients depending what unit your in but they have more nurses coming in. I was treated well and all was good. I did have bit of problem finding out from nurse answers because they ask the doctor and the doctor comes in and answers questions the nurses cant. Sometimes it takes a bit because they are very busy. But if your in a bad way believe me they are on it!
