Horrible customer experience no wonder reviews are so bad the status of mail said invalid address sent back to post office which is incorrect I called customer care and they said you can go to post office and when I went there person was so rude and did not even listen to what I said and I had to leave why do we need a post office like this which is of no use to people

They are not delivering my mail for 7 days already and also not answering the phone or messages WHY and office like this is open? they should fire the leadership at this office and focus on serving the people which is the reason they are they in the first place.

I have been driving all the way across town to pick up mail from this location for 5 months now as our house is new and there is still no mail delivery service to my address! Along with other bad experiences…Last week the postal worker refused to give my 22 year old son our mail even though he had mail in hand from this address and his temporary dmv license. Even with me on FaceTime showing my ID (and he knows my face!) the worker would not release our mail. The purpose of my son rushing over to get the mail was to get his permanent license in the mail. I feel that my son was racially profiled because I have been in that post office many times and others were not asked for ID, I myself have been given mail without my ID and even handed mail for a whole other household and had to go back in and get the right mail. The phones are never answered, it often closes early and and I am highly upset by the way they treated my son.

Two of my packages have gone “missing”. It’s “delivered in mailbox” but how can someone continually do this. When I called I was understanding of the high demand but NO PHONE CALLS are answered! I had to drive 15mins into town in confusion. When I got there I can over hear ALL THE PHONES RINGING. The people are the front don’t answer any!!! I am so furious with this office. You shouldn’t be running this place and I am currently working on going to high measures. There was once i was actually answer and I explained some issues I had. I was told I would get a call back in regards to a serious issue. When I called back hours later, the same person helping me answered and recognized me and hung up. . . AFTER I NEVER GOT THROUGH.
