The place is very clean. Service was quick. I had an appointment, but I went about an hour early to see if they could take me in and they did right away. They're awesome! I got my PCR covid test results back in about 45 minutes.

Accounting purposes so that the testing is charged to the gov't and not you.
Not sure, but if I can recall they told me it was free. The online appt registration does ask for insurance, but I can't remember if it was needed to schedule your phone appt. Really good service though. You get your results within 4 hours.
