Very unprofessional team! Met with sales representative explained current offer with my trade in. Shake hands. Run my credit even I insisted to pay difference in cash. Car was sent to wash. Then they changed their mind and backed off. They said that they misunderstood my offer. It was clear as day. I picked a car and brought my trade in and asked how much I need to add for the new vehicle price. How complicated is that. With all those mark ups they trying to impose on the customer they confused them selves! Left with no deal. Do not suggest that place for incompetence of general manager and financial team. I believe if you promise a deal and shook hands then you need to grant it and not to back up later. Update! Went back to the dealership since contacted numerous times by the dealership staff to come back and they would work it out. Went back to the dealership talked to the desk manager and he was not even sure why I came back and asking for a resolution. He escorted me to the customer relations manager. Explained my situation again, he agreed that several mistakes done during the negotiation process from the dealership side (they should not run a credit report unless providing financing for the car) and they simply made a mistake agreeing on the price of the deal. Then I heard long speech about Honda Cerritos being #1dealer in the world and then what are they offering to fix situation... Many apologies that's all. Obvious problems with customer satisfaction. No transparency in pricing, luck of knowledge in process of paperwork and documentation.

This place has been my go too place to shop for my Honda since 2019, my last visit I was their for an oil change and I met the sales men Albert Rosales. He kindly introduced himself and was very professional in his work. He was very helpful with all the questions I had about my lease as I am fairly new on how lease works. He was able to help me get into a brand new 2022 Honda Accord with minimum money down. Speak with Albert when you go he will guide you on proper way to sale your used car and purchase of a new vehicle. I will definitely be back thanks to Albert Rosales.
