If I could give it 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service! I've been here so many times because the food is delicious. Today the customer service was the worst I've ever seen, didn't apologize for food that was forgotten. We asked for the plate twice and said it was coming. They tried hading me the ticket and we hadn't even gotten then last plate. Waited for 20 mins before the last plate came out and we could eat together. Ask for some sort of discount ( didn't want her to take off the whole plate but at least something to show they actually care about customers) after they didn't apologize and she was upset and said everyone waited for their food. A table that was sat after us left before we got the last plate. Never coming back.

Wide variety of Asian food items in the market. I was pleased to find some tasty meat substitutes that have eluded me in the Asheville area.

Just had snacks but they were tasty. Entrees a little pricey, but maybe I'll give it a try next time.

No frills dining area, hidden behind the grocery store. However, the food is authentically Chinese with fresh, some exotic (e.g. Chinese broccoli, lotus root, nira flower) ingredients not offered at other Chinese restaurants. Portions are enormous, intended to be shared dim-sum style. Features a few house specials, including roast duck. I have not been shy with the menu, and most of the dishes I have ordered are easily the best version offered by any Chinese restaurant in Greenville. Since discovering this spot a few months ago, my friends and I have frequented it about every other week--it is that good!

yes they do
Masks are required inside, they have the glass shield thing up at check out and I think I saw less tables inside the restaurant part
they do, the rice cakes are in the front fridge area along with the fish cakes. if they moved them just look around but its there, they also have a variety of gochujjang paste
The Thai tea flavored bubble tea is brewed for sure. We talked about it. I don't know about the rest, but I DO know it's delicious.
10 AM to 9 PM, 7 days a week, for the market portion of the store. Serving hours for the restaurant portion are shorter, maybe 11 AM to 8 PM. Holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas they will be open, but may close early. The owner gave me this info today, 9/25/17.
