they do, the rice cakes are in the front fridge area along with the fish cakes. if they moved them just look around but its there, they also have a variety of gochujjang paste
You should call them and ask.
They carry a lot of different ingredients you can't find elsewhere. Not sure what goes into Tteokbokki, but they would be my first stop for almost any Asian related dish.
