This dealership made buying a vehicle fast and stress free. I saw a truck I wanted on your website. Contacted Joel who took care of the paperwork over the phone and let me know when the vehicle arrived. He set me up with finance, let me know my payment schedule, etc. I went down to the dealership to take a quick look at the truck and sign all the necessary paperwork. No one tried to pressure sale me at all. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. A big thanks to Joel who made the whole process so easy and convenient.

My mom and i have been trying to find her the perfect car for absolutely years. We've had a hard time picking the right car for her. Last week we went into Tracy Ford and looked at a 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback EX. The car was immaculate inside and out. It was fully optioned out with just about everything you can think of. My mom and i instantly fell in love with it. We test drove it and it drove flawlessly as well. With the car exceeding our expectations, we agreed to buy it. The overall price of the car was a bit high. But with the help of Essan Sahel the finance director, he made purchasing the car way more affordable. I want to thank him for his great customer service and for being super helpful. He was able to get us a great deal, from the car itself to the extended warranty. The paperwork process went smooth with absolutely 0 issues. I want to thank him again for getting my mom into a great car and making it more affordable.
