RAVE for Quest Diagnostics. Located at 1832 W 11th St (across the street from Safeway). You don’t have to have an appointment. They accept walk ins too. I was a walk in and went right to the kiosk and signed in. I only had to wait an hour. So, I ran a couple errands and then came back. Tech was very organized and get this, no bruising from the needles where she took the blood samples!!! None! 👍🏼 Also, the place was very clean.

Terrible place. The wait time is horrible even with an appointment. I had an appointment and literally everyone that came is as a walk in went first. If you could go any other place I suggest you do so

The lady named sakira needs to change her attitude she is so rude!!! after waiting an hour, she told us that they do not attend walk-ins yelling at us.

This 11th street location is convenient with a large waiting room. Unfortunately no human receptionist. There are 3 computer screens to check in however the program has changed recently and very confusing to use. Instead of simply entering your name and birthdate as before you have to navigate from "walk in", get an appointment or have an appointment screens. If you have an appointment you're still required to sign in on the computer and have your ID and medical cards out to scan them yourself. If you walk in with no appointment you get a number you'll have to write down or remember because they don't issue paper number slips. Good luck to those with failing short term memory or lack computer skills ....you'll be walking in circles looking for help or pulling your hair out...you are on your own. Once your name or number is called someone will take you to the back. I give the staff 5 stars but this new sign in process is a zero. Hopefully less confusing on our next visit.
