Local guides get these questions and not Tesla, unless an employee is also a local guide. That is my understanding.
Anyone can ask a question and any registered user can answer... It is designed to allow people to ask the community and get (hopefully!) Unbiased answers
Local Google Guides get the questions. I can also answer questions about Tesla because I have been an online marketer for Free Market Indiana to help pass legislation for allowing Tesla to continue selling their vehicles.
