This isnt acceptable after showing the vaccination card they asked my mother for the link and the phone number through which the vaccination was registered like seriously my father had gone through the heart surgery i have the vax card now what do u need… the lady on the front is behaving as if she have some personal issues with us. Doing ur job is appreciated but this kind of job is pathetic .. she didnt let my mother meet my father…

Came here for my father who was suffering from shortness of breath at 11 am today. It is 6.45 pm and the doctor has not seen him still. 8 hrs and counting. What is happening in the ER here? Is there even a doctor at this hospital. Worst experience ever
