Needed a PM. Called a day in advance to verify they had my oil and filter, got here at 8am as I was told that's when they open. They were an hour late showing up, never even said good morning, then told me their air compressor was broken and they couldn't pump oil. No I'm sorry for the inconvenience, nothing except an I don't really care attitude. I'll choose another shop for any work I need in the future. This is sadly becoming the norm out here that you can't get simple things done anymore, the employees are irritated that you are rude in needing services from them, or they act like they don't care. Couldn't even call or tell me I was waiting for nothing. Total waste of time.

Clean facility, great shower pressure and hot water. The Iron Skillet was actually open for breakfast and served some great food. Very friendly staff. If you have a pet with you this is not a very pet friendly facility as there is little to no green grass areas to walk them, but that’s not their job to provide, after all they are a truck stop not a dog park so I can’t ding them for that. Great experience here. Good job TA.

On yesterday (01/26/21) my truck put me down on I-40 east in the gorge. Thankfully I was able to make it into the rest area and wasn't a road hazard. Anywhoo. After making arrangements for roadside service, they sent their tech J.D. out to service my truck. If I could, I would give him 10 stars!!!! Professionalism at its best, as well as determination on getting the job done. You don't find many mechanics like him anymore. I'm so glad that I had the great pleasure of meeting him!!!
