I've worked for this company for 5 years and they are very proactive about contamination. I find it hard to believe anything made it through the cleaning and sorting process. I mean, metal doesn't float and olives get swept off the top and the brine added separately. Also they'll fire people for not wearing a hair net. Call customer service and give them the product so they can figure out what happened.
Call customer service dept to assist you more...but we are very clean with our equipment. Maybe something else you might mistaken for s hair...and metal couldnt happen because metal detectors are in place..so it couldnt..but call cutomer service to see what we can do...are you sire it was Musco family olives?
Are you sure they were musco olives
