Sure glad I had a cooler full of food. I wasted nine hours of my time waiting to get loaded and paper work to take with me. All people working here have an unlimited amount of excuses for the delays they cause. If you think four to five hours wait at some locations is long, try sitting in your truck staring at the afternoon sun waiting to get loaded with truck idling to keep air conditioner working. Approximately 30 trucks sitting with engine idling waiting to get to a dock. So much for the democratic run government of California dictating not having engine idling. The driver parked next to me had been here for 12 hours and was just getting assigned a dock space.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The people working here are very nice and pleasant but I'm not sure they understand what one hand of doing versus the other hand. I had a 1300 appt 8-17-22 arrived 15 minutes early. Finally was loaded about 1800 went to scale and was 83,260 lbs. I HAVE NOW BEEN HERE 10 MINUTES SHY OF 24 HRS. No communicating at all. Do not come to this facility!

Is ARB (Air Resource Board) is sleeping on this issue. ARB forced and still forcing us to change reefers and trucks due to pollution. This shipper wants to come precool ;my Apt was at 12pm and I turned my Reefer on at 10.45am as it is 105f today. Now it is 10pm and nobody came to load me yet. I have wasted 11 hours of worth diesel and money don’t know how many more hours to load ARB where r u for such a pollution. Even had to keep my truck running as it is so hot. ARB needs to make strict laws to avoid unnecessary waste of fuel n pollution. This is my 2nd and last time here. Please please don’t come here ladies inside are rude and they keep lying 1 hour u go next they say 2 more hours u go after 2 hours they say 1 hour …… and they laugh about it. Why would you call so many trucks if can’t handle it. Worst shipper in the world. I was here 14 hours and Uber Freight paid me only $200 as their detention max out at 5 hours It is so illegal for brokers to rip you off for 14 hours they paid me only 5 hours FMSCA should ban these brokers no rule for them. Time is money and I lost my everything even delivery Apt due to ELD got so tight so be very very careful load was from Tracy to Milwaulkie, OR

You can only check in half hour early on weekdays. On weekends you can check in however early you want. Back to door and walk down to office at door 1. Then open doors. Simple. 30 pal of Morningstar farm patties unloaded in 30 min. Quite impressive..Nice people at this facility too
