I am not sure exactly how the phone and email work for this business. I get my hair cut by one of the stylist here and we always communicate using personal phone lines. I noticed that many of them have personal numbers listed on the website (http://www.shearperfectionsalonandspa.com/staff/). Perhaps try calling one of them directly?
All stylist at Shear Perfection are individual stylist. So whoever the certificate is from would be responsible for the service. Unfortunately there is no current nail tech working @ Shear Perfection. The nail tech that issued certificate would have received payment. If you call the listed # they can get you in touch with salon owner.
Idk how pedicures work. I call my stylist on cell. I will attempt to get ahold of her and ask her.
