Excellent customer service. I originally purchased my Nissan through the Matthews dealership in Vestal, NY and was treated so well there I knew I had to bring it back to a Matthew’s dealership when I moved back home to Syracuse. I got the same fantastic service here as I did before in the Southern Tier. I will only take my car here for any service needs. Thank you for making my rear break replacement a painless experience!

Found a vehicle we were ready to purchase on the website and after calling to verify the 2022 Rouge Platinum that was listed to be in stock online was indeed available, which we were assured was still available, we set an appointment to see the vehicle and drove two hours to meet with a salesperson. Only then we are told the vehicle had actually been sold over two weeks ago. We were then told another was expected in soon, of course at a higher price. After a very insulting offer for our trade in and a push for over $10k of "extras" and much frustration of my wasted time, we left to travel back home another two hours. Bait and switch tactics, sales manager that cannot be bothered to attend to a customer that is obviously unsatisfied with the situation although he was obviously aware, and a management team that would leave a struggling sales rep on their team to take the fall for the company's failure; unfortunately but I would never recommend working with Mathews Nissan of Clay. And as of this writing ( another week later), the same vehicle is shown online to still be in stock.........

Went in last wednesday, did not think i was going to buy a car, but Morgan was so helpful with guiding me in the best decision for a car! She was really upfront about everything and made the buying process very stress free! She was also very professional:) I walked out with a 2019 kia forte with only 2300 miles!!! I woke up this morning not knowing where I should go to get a new car, I figured I would start off a Nissan and then browse a couple other options after As soon as I went in the service center Morgan, a sales representative, not only greeted me but she helped me pick out my first car! She was outright phenomenal and since I've never bought a car before she made it easy and simple. She's one of the most fantastic and most personable person that I've ever met. I told her what I wanted in a car and helped me find one that was within my budget, I didn't even need to go to a different dealership. She helped me pick out a brand new Nissan Sentra and I was overall extremely satisfied with her service. I would recommend anybody going here and asking for her specifically if you want a new car!
