My Chevy 2013 Equinox was repaired as asked with notification of what needed to be done; as a result of the point check system. I approved of what needed to be, with appreciation of the information. When the jobs were completed, I was informed regretfully that my auto was stuck on the lift. I was returned home in the shuttle car; plus, my auto was returned to my home the next day with a security truck driver following the driver of my auto. Thanks for good service! Juanita Taylor

The service rep was very knowledgeable about what services were needed. He took the time to explain everything to me. Felt like I was appreciated and made me feel like my car was in good hands during the service visit. I had NYS inspection done which yielded needing new tires and front brakes. I received timely updates. My car was clean when I returned to pick up the vehicle.

I was only in for the first oil change and inspection. I was told how long it would be, and it was just about exactly that long. Lady in the Service was very professional and friendly and Gentleman who cashed me out, and I assume did the work (?) was very cordial and very approachable. It was an overall good experience. I was originally going to lease another Equinox, but decided on the Trailblazer and am loving all its features and overall performance and will probably get another when this 3 year lease expires, or possibly an Equinox, depending on what you have on the lot to offer and what features the two have at that time. Thanks Very Much for a great experience. I was sorry to miss Patrick (his day off) who sold me the car - he was so friendly and did a great job of selling me the vehicle and explaining how to use its functions. I understand he is now one of the Managers - Great Choice I would say!!
