Not recommended at all. The first bad experience they wanted to charge me 2 meals when I only ordered one and if I don't look at my account they don't refund my money and today by mistake it seems to listen to you 3 combos when I only asked for one and the manager told me that he returned the money and when I look I noticed that he didn't do it and I had to submit a dispute. Apart from the cold food. I don't sponsor restaurants like that anymore.

Costing a fortune you would think that the baked potatoes were fresh, not even close. Ask for EXTRA sour cream and butter and get one of each which had me wasting more time waiting in line again for something I should have gotten in the first place. They do not put alot of cheese on the fries which is sick as I said because the cost of things you would think you would get more than a tablespoon of it. Beginning to think no fast food places are worthy time and money anymore.

Usually Wendy's is my top choice for burger drive thru, but this location feels kind of rundown and disorganized in comparison to others. When I look at the place as I drive up, all worn and sign lighting not working right, etc., I can't help but wonder if the outside looks like it hasn't seen maintenance in 25 years, what's going on inside? I mean if they are not caring what the property looks like to get people in the door, why would they care about the state of anything else? The wait time is always long here too compared to other Wendys. Occasionally, my order has food in it that's barely warm, straight out of the drive thru window. I get working in a busy restaurant is hard work, but it's just not the experience I'm used to at Wendys. 3 stars because the employees are always nice and it's the home of the Baconator. -2 stars for bad franchise management. I'd visit more often if they freshened the place up a bit.
