Yes, but I don't know what you consider little kids - their play ground area is for up to 8. If you have real small ones they might feel too intimidated by the older kids. You are not supposed to be there with them on the equipment
Yes, they do. The hours differ from the main area though. You will probably want to call and verify availability.
