I really enjoyed it, my son loves going to Urban Air, and he asked to have his birthday there, it was fun, the staff was very attentive. Thank you all!

The ball pit smelled of diapers and when I went in to grab my son the floor of the ball put was wet i told a worker there and there like "ohh okay" annnd nothing ever came of it. we rode the bummer cars twice then tried a third time and were told he wasn't old enough to ride it so some of the staff didn't know the rules to thereon rides.. The passes didn't really seem to matter cause the workers didn't pay attention to them at all because the kids with regular passes were doing everything. Not to mention the convoluted why to get a season pass. it also said to not bring food onto the trampoline area but the area to get food was in the back so if you didn't finish something you should have thrown it away I guess? That to didn't really matter because again the workers really didnt cared about that either. We've been to several of these jump places and this is definitely my least favorite.

Long lines. The membership and online reservation line was closed due to short staff, so not sure the benefit. But when we made it in, lots of employees standing around doing nothing and eating on the job right in front of customers in food area with dirty tables everywhere. The ball pit needs to be removed or an employee standing there at all times. Kid's were throwing big dodgeball style balls directly at kids heads. Even the small balls hurt when thrown by an older boys. An employee confirmed the rule but said they gave up telling them today and there was nobody to staff that area. Maybe they should have the 2 sides with different age groups. And last and worst, there were tons of people there at 1 pm. Apparently there was a field trip of middle schoolers in addition to regular walk ins, memberships and reservations. We almost walked out but I already paid the day fee. I will definitely not do the membership either. Glad I checked it out before doing so.

This place is so much fun! I took my 3 nephews that age around 10, 11 & 12. Staff was super attentive and knew my nephew had a bloody nose before I did and had it already taken care of! Staff is definitely not there to babysit the kids I brought but they went above and beyond to make me and my nephew feel comfortable with our problem. I will definitely be going back!

Pull socks $ 3.50
It's pretty pricey , I think it cost me around 300 for a party and we paid extra for the obstacle course thinking it would be fun for the adults but it's not really set up for older crowd so we wasted the money on that cause none of us used it .. was first time there n was sadly disappointed
$16.49 for the basic pass, $22.99 for the deluxe pass, $27.99 for the ultimate pass, and $33.99 for the platinum pass. Each tier gives you access to different things. But if you are just looking to jump, the first will do. They have other add-ons as well.
get an uber
There's a height limit of 52"
This one does not.
They have different levels. Call them.
Hi! You can’t bring in outside food and drinks but we do have pizza and ice cream you can purchase at the park to celebrate!
Yeah it's really better for 2 year olds and up
They can go barefoot. We bought socks because, peoples feet! Ha
There's an area for younger kids that has tunnels and slides that he would likely enjoy. That area is priced separately and costs a little less than the trampoline area. It's pretty big also.
Not that I've seen. We had to book a party.
You have to purchase their socks. The older kid obstacle course was an extra cost, I believe.
No
It said when you search in safari or Google how much it cost FYI
Nope. Even adults can go. There is a lot of fun stuff.
Yes, but I don't know what you consider little kids - their play ground area is for up to 8. If you have real small ones they might feel too intimidated by the older kids. You are not supposed to be there with them on the equipment
