The 311 is a joke and they're pointless. They refuse to give you any information or transfer. They don't want to help you. Theyre extremely lazy and greedy. I would probably email or call a judge. You might get more futher than the 311.
Go to the courthouse and ask for a continuance not you have to call the courthouse
