I've been in here three times to pay property taxes. Always been ill-prepared because reasons. Every time, they have sat down with me and let me email them things, show them photo copies, call other gov. offices etc. to help me do what I came to do. Each time they take an extra 20 minutes just so I don't have to make a second trip. Never made me feel stupid for not knowing what I needed, even though I should have. Little things like not making me feel like a moron, go a long way in a government building. That's just been my experience.

The department of Civil Process hired the most incompetent human being you have ever seen as its director. Her name is Jonni Wright, and every taxpayer in Jackson County should be thrilled she is gone. She wasted at least a million dollars of your money, taxpayers. She hired a guy named Jack Foster that: 1) The county purchased a brand new car for him to spend half of his time in the field (which never happened) 2) He received a car allowance (fraud) from the county that was treated as income...would love to see these tax returns. 3) Because of director Wright's incompetence, the department (county court) was sued at least a half dozen times...losing at least 2 of these suits and getting bailed out on a few others because of immunity. The amount of money spent defending the county court, along with needing the Attorney Generals office to help, meant the amount of money lost because of Ms Wright's incompetence is well over a million dollars. 5) The county actually hired Foster as her replacement....he is clueless to many functions of the dept, as was Ms Wright. Every taxpayer in Jackson County MO should be outraged at all of this. I did not even go into the hiring process that let Ms Wright screw the taxpayers, but a few emails between her boss that hired her (Jeff Eisenbeis who was sued and is now gone) tell the story. A few "sexual innuendos" were discovered at trial. Now we get to the current assistant court administrator Tracy Smedley. This person LIED on 17 pages of a deposition she gave relating to all of these lawsuits, with no consequence whatsoever. 1) How did she keep her job? 2) How was she not disbarred? Now before you say how do I know she lied? She admitted it on the stand!!!!!!! Unfortunately, there is much, much more I cannot disclose at this time.

I was in and out of court for more than 5 months. Judge round was my judge. He does not care about children involved in divorce. My children are 17 and 15, and he treated them like they were 7 and 5. He never once talked to the kids to get their views. The only thing he cared about was forcing them to goto another city for a week at a time. He was "a bully " when it came down to myself and my kids. My lawyer didn't show up due to a mis placed paper and even with my attorney office on the phone with his legal person, refused me to have court continued and made me represent myself. On another court day, the opposing council called sick and the day of court he postponed for her. Also when that day got here same day as court, I got a message saying the judge had something personal and pushed back court 2 weeks. This judge apparently had a personal issue with me and treated myself and my kids poorly for it. I recommend that judge round be evaluated for this had removed from the bench as he is very unprofessional.

How do people even get a job here. The clerks can’t even answer a single question that you ask and they sound like they don’t know what they’re talking about. they either put you on hold and hang up in your face, transfer you to different departments that doesn’t have anything to do with what you want or transfer you to a line that rings forever. Complete waste of my time. I’ve been dealing with a civil matter to where someone owes me money and I can’t even get information on what’s going on with my case. So irritating 😠 I have a real busy schedule and don’t have time to be traveling downtown wasting gas, dealing with traffic, pedestrians and parking meters just to get answered one question that could be answered over the phone. This place needs to DO BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How do you check for warrants
The 311 is a joke and they're pointless. They refuse to give you any information or transfer. They don't want to help you. Theyre extremely lazy and greedy. I would probably email or call a judge. You might get more futher than the 311.
I'm not sure a Google search should pull it up for you if you have any trouble just look up the local number for plazma alliance im joking 😅 😉
You can try to search casenet by names. If not, you'll have to go to the clerk's office to get more information.
Case net
Call a bail bondsman
Obviously it's always best to make it to court but if for some reason that is just find you may contact the judicial administrative Assistant for the division or the circuit clerk.
Contact an Attorney! Not getting smart, don't know the facts on your case. You wii still need an Attorney.
Come into courthouse 3rd floor for a copy.
What form of money (check, cash, money order) will you accept when paying judgments? In addition, what is statuary interest rate per annum from and after the date of judgment until said judgment is paid in full?
Call the court could be your name misspelled or docket number
Contact the court clerk...look up ur court date on casenet
In person
reach out to an attorney that offer free consultation.
No
I don't think so. Today is observed as a Federal holiday. You could look up the office you are needing to go to and call to make sure. There is definitely no court and the prosecutor's office is closed.
They send u papers by mail explain to u wish one u have I had one in phone second one gonna be video call
I would suggest that you call the Courthouse, they will be able to answer your questions.
They typically have to have a judgement first. You should have notice of that. Once the jmt is entered, they don't have to let you know when they file garnishment though.
You need to seek legal counsel.
Seriously? I don't believe the court administrator responds to this. Try contacting them directly.
This site should help you. https://www.16thcircuit.org/small-claims
I can't find the number
take it to the courthouse on the first floor and they will do it for you
Depends what about?
Try to call the division your case is being held in and let them know. All of their numbers will be on the website.
Third floor civil records
you need to talk with his attorney. The judge is not going to talk so someone directly unless it is counsel

Yes. Just turn them on silent if you're in any of the courtrooms.
I would talk to your probation officer.
Casenet
In many cases you can pay it online, or you can go to the main courthouse or its annex in Independence. You want to look for the assessor's office.
There is off street parking available on the surrounding blocks of 415 E. 12th St., along with a parking garage at 11th and Locust, other than these two options it is best to park in the multitude of pay lots surrounding the courts.
Yes
I want sueco used to work for they kept my tools
Court house is closed today so probably not.
Yes, we open at 8:00 a.m.
You can also call 311 they can tell you
the answer is they are a bunch of cold hearted cops that helps great circle and dfs steal your child. calling it protective custody..and getting by with it while they tear that family apart causing terrible pain... careful they will take custody and sell your child calling it adoption... they are worse than kidnappers...at least you have a chance to pay common kidnappers money and get your child back...dfs and great circle sell your child and you wont see them again....raise all kinds of hell people to anyone that might listen or care.. then you maybe will get a chance with a damm good attorney
Go to the main office on the first floor and talked to the clerk and they'll put you on the doctor to speak to the judge
You have to be kidding. Surely you don't expect an answer to such a question on here. Talk to your attorney or contact the division where you are to appear.
that's a legal question, ask your attorney
Courthouse, yes. Actual courtrooms depends on the judge. Most allow it but they say to turn them off..
Honestly I couldn't tell you for sure I wouldn't want to advise you on that I don't know for sure but I believe you have to use really fine for it unless it's a certain type of summons like I think I'm rental agreement ones you don't have to eviction notices stuff like that I don't think they have to sign
Go to the courts web page. also you can Call 311
Its free at your bank.
Case.net
Missouri attorneys are nothing but cowards. It's funny that they take the position but too afraid and scared to take the case. Or just plain lazy to do it.
Yes, inside the building ( first floor)
Go to the DMV in 5 for 1
