I have 2 packages that both were supposed to be delivered on Saturday November 18th by 8:00pm and the packages never made it to me but it said they were in transit this morning.

There was probably a missed truck or plane from one city to another, it will most likely be delivered the next business day,

Who is the deliverer? Call them and find out where tgey are being held. Amazon helps me with those issues as well.

I had that happen last week and they went to the wrong address. Fortunately, it was Amazon and I got a full refund. Call UPS with your tracking numbers. They could have gone on the wrong truck or the driver had mechanical issues. Signup for a UPS My Choice which is free. It gives you more info and you can choose to have your packages help at the Customer Center or delivered to a UPS store.

Call ups and have your tracking numbers, the pkgs could have been loaded on the wrong truck, or not processed right. Call Monday first thing and they will have your pkg either out for delivery or they can hold it at the building for you to pick up. But call before 830 cause that is the time the drivers start to leave
