Please tell me how your driver delivered a empty boxed that was literally stamped 13lbs? Also there is zero contact number. UPS just wants you to file a claim. Fine but in the mean time can you teach your drivers to read at least? I'd hate to say theft but that is definitely another option. Horrible services save your money use private couriers.

Same people working counter for the past 30 years. This is a very busy UPS hub that happens to take packages directly. Save money. By pass the UPS stores and drop off your packages directly. These guys rock.

I haven't had a good experience with UPS in the past! Haven't gotten my packages at my home and had to go miles away to get them!

If you need to have a package held or redirected in Kansas City, sometimes it will be sent to the UPS customer center. It's a little out-of-the-way, but easy to get to. If coming from Kansas City Missouri go down the 12th St. bridge and keep going around the curve. They will wave you through the gate and write down details about your car, but it's just to make sure everyone leaves. The guys at the service desk are very friendly. Sometimes it does take a while for your package to come back to this center if your driver has a further out route.

Because the shipper is responsible for the claim. It has to go through the shipper, UPS just delivers it. Unless you want to refuse the pkg you have to contact the shipper.
Yes. Very professional staff. Very busy. You may want to call first.
Yes you can open 8:30am-8pm Monday through Friday

The James St hub in kcK. Then most of it is sold to cargo largo. Now last I heard some gets sent to the cargo largo on like 35th St and Noland kcM but there is an auction place on front st kcM. They auction off pallets of goods. I think its Thursday they do the auction, possibly one other day. Good luck!!!!

Its a 800#
File a claim if you insured it. If not I think it comes with insurance up to $100
If it has a return label for UPS, then yes
This company is the hardest company to work for and communicate with that I have ever dealt with! If it is difficult for an employee to get in contact with I would think that it would be nearly impossible for you to do it!
Most of the time but depending on what it is and how much it weighs it has to be manageable by one person for the most part
I always go in but In never seen them answering a phone or heard one ring
Have been for months. UPSjobs.com

There was probably a missed truck or plane from one city to another, it will most likely be delivered the next business day,
You cant, corp might transfer.
I'm sure you can, not sure if James St is the location to apply.
