Where did you find the kittens. If in Belton contact animal control and then Wayside will take them. Animals must be processed through the nearest animal control.
Wayside Waifs do not accept animals without an appointment for an official animal surrender. But KC Pet Project accepts strays with a $20 fee each animal.
You should be able to, just call ahead to let them know you are coming.
