Do y'all have weekly rates ?

I dont know about sheila's answer about charging different prices for tje same room. I called and got a weekly price quote over the phone for $250 for a double bed room without giving any information about myself. So they did not know who i was. When i walked in to the office to rent the room they gave me the same price for a double bed room. So i dont see how they are charging people different rates when they charged the same for what they would think was two different people. So to answer your question kiley higgins yes they do have weekly rates. I hoped that has helped.

I am currently checking out of a double bed room. The sign on the door indicates they have weekly rates. They start at 160 + fees tax. And go up $5 per person in the room. Up to 6 people. If you book for a lesser price through a booking site, they have to honor that price, as long as you have your confirmation number.

I've had no problems with the place. Have rented rooms from them for about ten years.

They have weekly rates yes.But they charge what they wanna charge to whom they wanna charge it to.They'll charge one person one price for a room,and another person a different price for the exact same room.Yes, that does happen.Heck they may even fib and say that they don't offer weekly rates.Wanted to charge me over $300 for a weekly rate but charged someone else under 200$ for the exact kind of single bed room.And yes race plays a factor.
