You can go online to inmatecanteen.com to use a card for a fee or you can take cash into the visitation lobby and put it into the kiosk. They no longer accept money orders. Instructions are next to the kiosk.
I belive you can walk in and tell the clerk that you need to put the money on you people's books. And if that person can't do it ask who can help you. If you can't walk in call and get the mailing address and send a money order only
