I've got to say, this is probably the best USPS office I've dealt with in a long time. For the last few months, I've sent multiple packages - many that require special assistance in shipping - and every time they've been polite and helpful. Even when asking the same question two trips in a row, she just smiled and answered again. Hope they keep this up. I'll make the extra drive for this kind of service.

Very disappointed in this post office. I will start by saying I accidentally dropped an envelope in the post office box that I shouldn’t have. Completely my fault. The envelope did not have postage nor an address. Just a name on it. It happened at 3:12 today. I called the post office at 4:17 telling them what I did and which box I dropped it in. The manager said she would look for it. I showed up 28 minutes later. The lady at the front was rude and accused me of saying this all was their fault. I told her I don’t know how many times that I know it was my fault that it happened. But I cannot believe that I could drop an envelope in a post office box, tell them which one and come back close to an hour and be out of luck. The lady at the front also lied and told me that they searched for it for over 40 minutes. Which is weird because I showed up within 28 minutes of calling them. Then I asked to speak to a manager. And the same rude lady at the front told me the manager didn’t have time to speak to me. She then informed me they are not a sorting facility. So it would make it downtown to Kansas City and then would probably be returned for no postage. I said who are they going to return it to? There’s no address on it. It’s just a name on it. Nothing was solved and I left feeling defeated. And I’m sad that there is literally no customer service left in our world.

Very nice people, but I have had several packages lost through this location. It is probably due to the overall state of USPS more than this branch. I recommend using alternative options for shipping unfortunately.

U will need a passport renewal application form DS-82 the state department has them online but u can not submit online pay your fees then mail in paperwork

Call your local post office and see if its still with your mailman. If he is done for the day and hasn't noticed it he likely dumped it with the outgoing mail and it will be tough to find. Now the rule is that nothing but mail can go in your mailbox and the carrier is supposed to take that unauthorized mail out and the sender can be charged the price of the shipping for said package/letter. It was a problem early in when amazon started and the post office had to do this to get them to stop.
It should be returned to you for postage.
