Slow and absolutely no communication. They are always short staffed and they like to choose their own hours a lot. They close the pharmacy at odd hours through the day with no explanation. They kept forgetting to refill my sons medication for months even though I would call and have it filled and they would say they put the order in and ended up never doing it. This went on for months. I will never use Walgreens again.

"Pharmacy closed during meal breaks" yet the drive thru is open.. So ridiculous.. Maybe hire more ppl or manage the "meal breaks" more efficiently so no one has to sit in line for 30mins.. Could get faster results waiting for HUD..

The people here in the pharmacy are nice, but they're incompetent. A prescription was called in at 10am, I show up at 430pm and they tell me they can't find the RX in the queue, call at 645pm and after talking to three people, someone says "oh we just found it 10 minutes ago, give us 30-40 to fill it." I've lived here for 3 years and every single time I have ever attempted to have an RX filled here, there's a problem. I have literally lived all over the world and had RXs filled in foreign countries and it's the folks here in Liberty that just can't seem to get their act together. Taking my business to Express Scripts.

I’m wondering how can a place like this get such a low rating? Well I found out, I went to take a COVID test on a Monday which was supposed to take 2hrs to complete, 48hrs later I get the results and that’s cause I had to go to the establishment and get my results. I asked them to email it to because my place of work wouldn’t except a paper stating I have COVID, and that they would have to email me something more concrete and of course I couldn’t get that either. Now I’m out of 3 days pay thanks to Walgreens. You guys did a wonderful job representing this low review you are already toting.

Yes, you are already in their system. Call the pharmacy and tell me you want to transfer your Rx to that store. If you have refills on your script, they can help you.
